    I use olive oil for everything. For cooking, for adding to a recipe, or for basting. I knew that it was good for you, but I didn’t know it has all these benefits! Wow, I am glad to know that I am doing some things right! So it says to use a few spoonfuls a month to help with weight loss. Does that mean that I should be getting that thru using it for all of my cooking?

It all depends on what your cooking and how many calories your consuming vs how many calories you are burning when you exercise or during your daily activities. At the lease you should be noticing that your weight is static and you are not gaining any weight.
